One of the leading french journal, Le Monde, published a short paper (9th june) on the perception of randomness in its “science” section. Our members Jean-Paul Delahaye and Nicolas Gauvrit have been interviewed.
David Larousserie (the author) was particularly interested in our new “coding theorem method”, yielding a mean to approximate algorithmic complexity for short strings.
